It’s our birthday! This April 2021, Poppies is celebrating 19 years in business and we are so excited to celebrate with you! Here are our top three reasons to celebrate:

 

Community

We love our West Queen West neighbourhood! We have been so lucky to be able to watch the community grow and flourish over the years, to be involved in its growth, and to have it shape us. Whether you’ve been here as long as we have, or are a new neighbour, you are an important part of our Poppies community and we are always so happy to see your smiling faces in and around the shop!

Growth

Over the years we have had the opportunity to learn and grown alongside our community. Through everything, we have been so grateful to have been able to continue spreading joy and sharing our love of flowers and plants with our neighbours. We have come so far in these 19 years, including exciting recent updates like our new website and this blog!

Suppliers

Our suppliers are a very important part of the Poppies community. Local growers and importers make sure that we are fully stocked with flowers and plants. These hard working people deserve a round of applause for the great job they do providing us with all of the beautiful, high quality goods we are so proud to be able to share with you!
