The Croton is a sun-loving houseplant known for its bright, colourful foliage. They are native to Australia and Southeast Asia, and in their native forests can grow up to 10 feet tall, though as an indoor plant, they stay much more compact. There are many different varieties of Croton, all with unique and interesting variegation and colours, mostly in bright reds, yellows, oranges and greens. They love high humidity, and should be kept in a bright light to ensure they maintain their vibrant colour.
