Native to South Africa, the Bird of Paradise Palm will add a warm tropical feeling to any condo or balcony.  Splits in leaves are natural, allowing for light to pass through to bottom leaves. New leaves form as a spear, slowly unfurling.

Sunlight - Thrives in bright light, to full sun
Watering - Allow top few inches of soil to dry between watering
