The Croton is a sun-loving houseplant known for its bright colourful foliage. They are native to Australia and Southeast Asia, and in their native forests can grow up to 10 feet tall, though as an indoor plant, they stay much more compact. There are many different varieties of Croton, all with unique and interesting variegation and colours of bright red, yellow, orange and green. They should be kept in a bright light to maintain their vibrant colour, and love high humidity.
